Service was good could have done better with the car wash had dirt steaks every were had to take to another car wash after I left
This was one of my best buying experiences. Once the negotiations were completed, I was out of there in about hour. Joe Simone in the sales department was great to work with.

I took my 2023 Rogue into Uftring Nissian to get a button on the steering wheel fixed. As I was checking in the service adviser informed me there was also a software update recall, and asked if I wanted that done while I was there, I said yes. They offered me a ride to work, but I stayed as I was sure they would have to ordered the part, and would have to come back. I visited Cherokee Nissan about 4 times hoping to find a used Rogue. Jose and Greg were low -keyed in their manner while trying to help me find the right car. They did not use pushy tactics but were forthright and informative. In fact all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. And I did find a great car!
Management, sales people, and service personnel are all well trained and provide a superb service.
