The sunroof on my 2017 Murano was replaced November 2024 but there was a defective part and my car was still leaking. Dillon listened, understood my concerns, communicated well with myself and the mechanics to get the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond to have my interior detailed due to the leak. Nick explained the paperwork, installed my cabin filter and made sure that I was satisfied with the work.

Awesome experience. Bryan Walker took very good care of my problem with a nail in my tire. He got me on and out so that I could get to work.
This dealership is the best dealership I have worked with for a long time and hope to keep coming back. The staff and service personnel are courteous, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. I have not had any issues when requesting for service.
Randy too plenty of time to specifically find the car I was looking for. He also helped me to decide which vehicle was right for me.
