My grandad who sadly passed away last year was a resident at this care home. When he first moved in he got choices of what he wanted to eat and everything was wonderful. However this all changed as he ended up not getting choices anymore and what absolutely makes my blood boil is the fact that a certain member of staff we was told about apparently told him to get out of bed by himself.
