Chris is absolutely incredible. I called him this week, from the floor, having bent down and destroying my back. I could not move, bent nor straighten. He saw me within three hours and I can only say that he must have somehow completely reset me in the hour I was with him. Having spoken to a doctor on the phone and after speaking with Chris I expected a few weeks before things got better but the next day I was able to move (with a limited range but I could sit down/get up unassisted!). Highly recommend! I've been suffering with really immobilising sciatica for a few weeks now, which has really affected me. Two sessions with Chris and the difference in my mobility and pain is incredible. I feel like I am no longer trapped and can move freely. Thank you so much
I went there a while ago and to be blunt wasn't very good for all the time I was their, all he talked about was stop having milk and changing my diet, I'm not even a big built chap. I wouldn't recommend him
