I have had an excellent experience all around from the sales person to the on-site technicians (thanks Hardy!). The communication is excellent and they explained everything very thoroughly and spent a lot of time with me. I love that their services are chemical free and everyone I’ve interacted with the company has been extremely professional and the reports, the text message alerts and billing reports are all helpful and again very professional. Highly recommend.
Chem-free technicians are both friendly and reliable. They have given us amazing service over the years. We trust their knowledge and products, as they have helped us to solve many pest control problems. The fact that they are organic and chem free also makes us feel safe, as we have pets and children in our home.
Jeff was both knowledgeable and conscientious, and in talking with him, his expertise in yards and plants was helpful and reassuring. In 1 year of fertilization, 2 times a year , for the past year, my yard has gone from almost none existent to lush, thick, and green, because of the balance and ingredients in the fertilizer they use. It's been a Blessing.
Luis was a very friendly and kind and boy did he work over my house! Nicest guy ever and I feel like he did a very thorough job. Can’t recommend highly enough. He’s just a walking smile.
