    Reliable scheduling, courteous communication. Knowledgeable service providers, willing to explain service and answer questions in detail. They can describe behavior of different insects and other pests, and point out their relation to parts of the house and yard that may need repair or reinforcement to avoid infestations.

    Great communication and on time service. Appreciate that the product they use is safe for my dog and cats. Although works better in winter versus summer. We’ve had to get extra services to keep creepy crawlers out during the hotter days.

    I’ve had great service from Chem-free for subterranean termites. Since original treatment and routine monitoring of bait stations, I haven’t had as many problems with them. When I did have an outbreak, the termite team performed a spot treatment and I haven’t had any more problems there.
