They were quite prompt in helping us get things scheduled to address our ant infestation. Once here, the technician was very personable and listened to our needs and concerns. He was thorough. Although he said initially things might get worse before they get better, we have not seen an ant (or spider) in the house since! What a relief!! LOVE this company because we are so allergic to chemicals and there have been no fumes, etc. to deal with since the original 20 minutes we were told to be gone.
We’ve been using Chemfree for about a year and our technician Luis is always prompt, helpful with tips and very professional. We love the monthly service. Definitely a company to count on.
