Always prompt and they call 1st before arriving! Super nice and carefully survey areas needing treatment. I called them 20 years ago so I wouldn't accidentally poison my pet! My Pet has passed after 18 years, but feel good knowing I am using the best & safest treatments available thru Chem-free!
I appreciate the heads up phone call prior to the service tech showing up at my door. They are always professional asking about any problems we have experienced and then, when finished, explaining what they have done as treatment during their visit. Always saying if we have any future problems be sure and let them know and they will return and retreat. Michael is always courteous and professional on his visits. I highly recommend Chem Free.
