Our Chem free Rep, Luiz Bermudez, is amazing! He is very thorough with what his treatments will do and what to expect. I have a a few gardens, including a pollinator garden and pets. He is very mindful of my desire to preserve wildlife where I'm at. He treats multiple neighbors' homes in my neighborhood and everyone has nothing but good reviews.
