Very Expensive! Didn't stock any parts needed, wanted to change triple what the part was worth when I ordered it myself.
The guys supplied me some new line for my strimmer and took the time and effort to show me how to thread it properly as I wasn’t 100% sure. Very impressed particularly as they had never even seen the model before. Works perfectly now!

I bought an expensive pair of secateurs for my husband for his birthday at this Cheltenham store, my experience with these secateurs was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The packaging was badly designed, making it very difficult and dangerous to open. The center bolt was attached to the tool itself, forcing me to dismantle the secateurs and lose parts in the process.
