Don't even bother with them honestly. They pretty much waste your time asking for you to upload more and more documents, and then they tell you to "not expect any help, most people are on the streets for at least 2 years before getting any help from us."
Complaint handling/ resolution for tenants that feel ‘unsafe’ is poor. Ongoing singular issue of harassment since 2018. Immediately following a similar issue of a more s*xual nature in early 2017 where 1 individual who is know by police for indecent exposure in a public place and more recently for the same thing that happened to me (to another older female tenant that lives near to his flat). Are you kidding me !!!! A single person in a 3 bedroom house who keeps literally smashing the place up and every week you spend thousands of pounds redoing everything just for her to smash it up again and give her hundreds of pounds in vouchers!!!! And then she makes everyone's life a bloody misserry. There must be countless families who would be so grateful for a 3 bedroom house. Come on CBH do the right thing and stop wasting all OUR money on this evil woman. 24 Clyde crescent.
