If they manage your property, avoid. They ignore severe issues such as leaks and rat infestations and have negative empathy. They have managed where I live for 6 years, and I have received zero services, just gaslighting. They are the reason I am moving out. They deserve legal action against them and to be punished. They are a bunch of lazy and not empathetic people that steal your money. I wonder how they sleep at night.
They're the least helpful managing agents we've had, and the others weren't great. Ignoring disputes with neighbours and disregarding breach of lease and putting the building at a fire risk. Expensive fees and very slow to start works, and for the most part unresponsive service or leaving it to the very last minute.
