Great session with Sim yesterday - can't say I've given my cheese much attention over the years and was good to give them a proper service and find out a bit about how to keep them in shape - i will be back!

Edit: Simrit apologized sincerely, did a full refund, and committed to improving. I appreciate his effort to make things right. I had a terrible experience at Chelsea Pedicure. Simrit was late without any prior communication, and the room was unhygienic, with used tools lying around, not even a bin liner, and unsanitized surfaces. Some equipment seemed reused, and despite my requests, Simrit didn’t use separate tools on an infected nail, even causing pain by filing over a damaged area. I absolutely loved my medical pedicure that Simrit did. He was lovely and was very accommodating, he explained the process as he went on. He honestly made me feel very confident about my feet and my health. I will definitely be visiting again and I will be doing a medical pedicure on a regular basis with Simrit.
