I love the Dr's and nurses here. However, in the last five years I have encountered such rude, disrespectful, uncaring and berating front office staff while attempting to make or reschedule appointments I am just about to give in the towel and find a different pediatrician office. It's a shame that your front line staff can make or break business for the physicians. I feel I have been mistreated one too many times and so has my husband. I have been going to this office for 2 years. I ONLY switched my children here because we moved much closer to this office as opposed to our previous pediatrician. I can honestly say, I've never been to a professional office with so many rude receptionists. Where do they find these people? Not all of them are rude..but a few definately are! I also, in there words..have "weird requests" when I ask to watch them draw up my children's vaccines; in which I observed an MA drawing up a wrong medication. I absolutley love dr. Gardener he is so patient with my boys, reassures me that im doing a good job, and also is patient and makes sure every question you have is answered. Love this clean loving place :)
