Really great work by Josephine. She explains everything very carefully. A major plus is she is a trained nurse and is very good on infection control, everything she puts in your ears is sterilised or disinfected properly. She takes photos and videos throughout the process so she can show them to you and explain the process. I had to come back a week later after more oil in the ears to get the last bit of difficult wax removed, no extra charge. I will definitely go back.
