I always have a really positive experience at Chelsea Green Dental Practice. My dentist is absolutely brilliant – professional, gentle, and very thorough with my hygiene treatments. She makes what could feel daunting into something comfortable and reassuring. The whole team are consistently pleasant, welcoming, and create a calm and friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
I came in for a wisdom tooth removal and was very very nervous! Dr Anna and Polly made me feel so at ease and they guided me throughout the surgery. They were both so patient and helpful, and the surgery took only about 20 mins! I was very shocked as I didn’t feel a thing. Dr Anna is absolutely the best. Skilled, experienced and quick considering it was a complex tooth extraction!
I waited over an hour for my appointment with no apology. The visit itself was fine, and I do not doubt the dentist’s professional skills, but the experience was very disappointing overall. He also made fun of me for not understanding a word in English... I had enquired in advance about in-clinic teeth whitening, which they do not actually offer, and although I had booked both a consultation and a hygiene appointment, the hygiene was not booked in at all. I highly recommend Dr. Macaig and her team who were extremely helpful following a wisdom tooth removal.
Ana is absolutely amazing! She helped me at a time I needed treatment the most and I am eternally grateful. She is an expert in her field and I would highly recommend.
