Julia Zhu Senior Clinic Fellow in Dermatology was fantastic. She sought to my fears and worries, she knew what to do straight away. My time spent was filled with great reassurance, proactive planning, kindness and constant attentiveness. I am truly grateful for the team and Julia at my lengthy time spent for dermatology.
Drs have been superb … once you get to see them. Reception doesn’t open until 9 so if your appointment is at 9 the queue can be very long and you’re registered as late, no matter how early you arrive.
I have been waiting for plastic and hand doctor for the past 3 hours.i just asked the person on the reception about the wait time. According to the the doctor called my name and I dint respond when I dint even move to go to the toilet. My hand is really swollen
Second op … original was to correct palsy after reconstruction …. Completely ruined good work of first - left disfigured and told ‘these are risks you take’ Referred to third party for independent view .. from another Surgeon at Chelsea!!!! Causing hugs problens with controlling lip and mouth muscles … numb on right hand side of face Hospital do not want to know - ZERO apology ….’ Avoid this place for any plastics that might be seen
