Such a breath of fresh air! The clinic has a calm, welcoming feeling and is always spotlessly clean. The staff are lovely – nothing is ever too much trouble, and they’re always happy to help. Dr. Abeyratna is hands down the most patient and understanding GP I’ve ever met, and every appointment feels thorough and unrushed. It’s such a relief knowing Phoenix Hospital is now my family’s GP, and I usually get seen within 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend them more – 10/10!
Just been to see Dr Alev Onen for the first time after several attempts to get an NHS appointment. And I thought let’s see if Chelmsford private GP have any availability and within minutes I’ve got an appointment within the hour. All the staff on reception are friendly and helpful. And Dr Alev Onen came out and got me straight away and gave me a mini MOT, super friendly and caring. Put me to ease and made me feel comfortable. Honestly I won’t be going anywhere else now. Dr Onen is lovely and kind person who put us at ease . She was very thorough with her explanations of the results of the tests and scan . It was a positive experience all round .
It was a great experience going to Pheonix GP practice last week I can highly recommend trying them.The receptionist where very friendly and the doctor I saw fir the first time was very thorough and helpful.
Dr Abeyratna is always very attentive and thorough whenever we go to her for medical care. My dad needed a prescription for his pressure medication and she was able to get it through to him as soon as we consulted her. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
