I ordered my food today, when my friends did, at 11:30am. My friends received their food in a timely manner. They forgot to place my order so it took one hour before I received my food. They did not comp my food or anything. Terrible service.

RecommendedOur waiter Tyler was Awesome! He made us laugh with his great sense of humor. He checked on us constantly and our food was brought to our table from drinks, appetizers and meals in a timely manner. Our family had a delicious meal and a great time at the Cheesecake Factory!

My husband ate at this particular location with family. He order food to bring home for me. He ordered a cheeseburger for me with NO lettuce, Chrissy onion straws, & extra bacon. He made sure to emphasize NO lettuce. Apparently the staff realized they had messed the order up by putting lettuce on the burger. Instead of making a CORRECT burger, they particularly scraped the lettuce off.
