The food is always great, but the service was very slow........
My family and I have made Cheddars our go to for quick good food. I honestly think that their best feature is their greeter Tim. Every time we come he shakes our hands, asks how we are and tells us to enjoy our meal. He sets the mood the second we come in! A visit to Cheddars wouldn't be the same without Tim!
Took my son yesterday. We where seated as soon as we walked in. The food was awesome as usual. But the waiter took forever refilling our drinks, taking and bringing our order. I had to ask the waiter to make sure our appetizer came out way before our main course, which it did. When our main course came our waiter forgot to bring our utensils. 5 minutes went by and I had to flag our waiter down to bring our utensils. We was seated within 10 minutes of our arrival... My drink came out immediately but my friend drink didn't come out until when her food arrived� and she was very upset!!! But the waitress did apologize and admitted she forgot... So I'm going to say please don't forget to bring your customers their drink. It's the 1st. thing you do. Even if it just water....

Ii just visited Katy Texas. My first stop with my Family was at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. I give 5 stars to this Eatery and the Culinary Staff/ Chef. This experience will be embedded in my memory of my Katy, Texas with my Family! I made a 2nd visit before leaving for home. A Family of 5!
Had a great experience there. I was celebrating my 17th anniversary. Loved every moment.
I absolutely love this place!! Never, ever, ever disappointed.. EVER!
I loved everything, I'm not a steak person but I tried one and to my surprise it was perfect. Staff was awesome, prices are excellent
