I would post a picture of this so called fully loaded baked potato from Cheddar's but you can't post the picture here. it's really what you have to call a scantily loaded baked potato.
We went to Cheddar's on August 10th, 2014. It was a horrible experience. We all was very embarrased. I wrote letters to coporate with names of the manager and the waiter. Chedars' Coporate office did not respond. My daughter's 17th Birthday Party was ruined. I still have some of the receipts where we paid hundreds of dollars because there were about 20 teenagers and 15 adults. They took our money but they would not respond to the email. The experience at the cheddars on 21150 Katy Frwy Katy, Texas 77449, was one of my worst restaurant experiences. The Experience started from the very beginning. Walking into the restaurant and having the restaurants door slam into. Neither door had a actuator that was properly working to slow the door down from slamming shut like most doors. Great food and good drinks!
This place is horrible slow service didn't get what we ordered got overcharged had 2 extra meals and 3 soda on our bill. Took 30 minutes to correct bill frustrating won't go back.......
This place sucks been waiting for a salad for fifteen minutes and still waiting lazy staff.
