When placing the To-Go order, they hung up on me without giving me time when ready or how much the total would be. The service at the to go area was poor - Kept getting things wrong. Forgetting Kids drinks - Had to be told about them and 1 was still wrong. Forgot a main entree - told them about this - When received they still forgot the bread that comes with the entree. I have eaten at Cheddar's Restaurants for a couple of years now. My girlfriend and I had our girl's day out lunches here and at the 290 location. My first disappointment came when they removed the steamed edamame from the menu along with Corona Light beer. Then not long after that they removed the Napa chicken sandwich and replaced it with a Tuscan chicken sandwich. Not as good as the Napa but it still met my dietary needs of no red meat. First time there and the waiter wasn't the greatest, waited forever just for drinks and food and my order was wrong, and when was ready to pay, check was wrong. Food is okay, not a place I'd go to often but over it was okay.
I always go to this cheddars since it first opened great customer service nothing to complain about but yesterday I had the worst experience ever and not with the hostes they are always so nice and friendly but my waiter mikhael was his name I saw my receipt was he was completely terrible he really should go to school for customer service he was just so rude it was my brother in laws birthday mind me my birthday was back in November they sang to me and gave me a piece of cake it was so nice when I told the waiter it was my b... read more
The service was really poor quality, it took 10 minutes just to get a beer. How do I know? I timed it because it took forever for the sweet tea to come to the table. So as a joke we decided to see how long it would take for one beer (in a bottle) to make it to the table. But the food was very good so that's why it got 3 stars instead of 2.
I haven't been to Cheddar's forever. I went tonight and just have to say -- even though they were extremely busy, the food presentation on the plate as well as the taste was wonderful. I never give reviews, but was impressed for what I got for the price!
I should have taken their sign missing three letters as an indication not to eat there. My knife was broken, a cockroach ran across my bench seat and their card reader did not work properly.
Awesome food and service. Friendly staff clean restaurant. Affordable prices
