Bad service cold food. Will never be in this place again
We tried it for the first time and we loved our food. Our server was friendly and kept those refills coming. We went on a Friday night and got a seat right away. Great service all throughout.
Food was great, service was terrible! Waitress was terrible! At the end of the meal we still had every plate and bowl that was brought out starting with our appetizers! We piled our own plates at the front of the table the entire meal. :(

They took away the red beans & rice! Worse mistake ever made!!
The most dreadful service I have ever experienced. Sat for 30 minutes waiting for food. Food arrives.......stone cold. Waiter cannot find manager. I go into kitchen myself to find manager. Manager tells me to wait, she is busy. I get to go boxes. Myself. Pack up food and leave. Managers are complete idiots and rude. I own a local business. We will NEVER support this place again. Get a grip, Cheddars, you suck.
