Went yesterday with my family place was not pack at least 20 tables open food took about 30 min to come and it was like warm I ordered dessert while still eating since food took so long get done eating still no dessert wait another 10 min for it still nothing finally just cancel and ask for bill. As I was leaving still notice lots of tables open but get to door and there's a lot of ppl waiting to be seated this is the second time I've gone and had problems will not be going back
I usually love this place but yesterday left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered $70 worth of food for carryout because it was packed for mother's day. I received someone else's food. I went back and they tried to give the lady the food I had just taken home and give me food that had been sitting on the shelf....ABSOLUTELY NOT! So I ask them to remake it because ice cream was melted and food was cold. They inform me that they were out of ribs but they could reheat mine. Love the food & the servers are amazing I just love it
Service was good but somebody needs to retrain the cook on how to grill a steak. Medium does not mean bright red in the middle.
We have been eating regularly at Cheddars since it opened in Katy. We love Cheddars. The food is wonderful, large servings and great prices for the quality. I have never had bad service there. We are so happy that Cheddars came to Katy.
I use to eat there I love it food is good and continue going inviting friends and family
