I'm visiting Houston because I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and I am here to have it removed at MD Anderson tomorrow. I came into a Chedder's (this exact location in Katy) today to eat after an appt at MD with my mom. I was down in spirit and I was feeling sad. Wow I've never ever had such poor service st Cheddars. Our server was either overwhelmed or just didn't want to be at work. She kept walking off in the middle of our sentences while ordering and would get upset because our orders were wrong. She didn't even bring our appetizers stating she didn't even hear it. Our time spent there was excellent our waitress was above and beyond a great job we had a wonderful time the food was delicious everything that we were served was so very good really enjoyed our service and enjoy the day there
