This place has got to get it together! Look at these lemons! Food is sad at best! I use to come here two or three times a week! I think I am done! Poor service poor food!waitresses flipping her hair while taking order! People complaining all around us! What the heck! Not busy at all plenty of workers walking around!
I'm visiting Houston because I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and I am here to have it removed at MD Anderson tomorrow. I came into a Chedder's (this exact location in Katy) today to eat after an appt at MD with my mom. I was down in spirit and I was feeling sad. Wow I've never ever had such poor service st Cheddars. Our server was either overwhelmed or just didn't want to be at work. She kept walking off in the middle of our sentences while ordering and would get upset because our orders were wrong. She didn't even bring our appetizers stating she didn't even hear it.
