Good food Bad service well just the waiter.
It was my first time and the food was cold, steak was not the right temperature. The price was fair and it would be a good restaurant for a family gathering but I was disappointed with the quality of the food :(
The kitchen staff needs to be re-evaluated at this location. I used to really like the food here. The Dijon Chicken was my favorite! However, a "retirement home" plate is what I got last night. (Colorless, bland and almost undercooked) The manager was nice enough to remove the charge from our bill and I thought this might be a one-off, but then another waiter walks up to the manager with another colorless plate of undercooked food that a customer was complaining about. Smh...
My daughter, my 3yr old grandson went for dinner Saturday evening, we were given a table alert with a dead battery, after 30 min I went in and was told they had called us and when we didn't respond they gave away the table.After we were seated it took awhile to get a server. Love their potato soup and their onion rings. Plan to share the onion rings though.
Can only say fair...due to 1) kitchen faults or 2) server! Food was only fair to good. When it takes 7 deliveries to your table for a party of 4...somethings just NOT right?
We had a bad experience the other night. I ordered and was brought out the wrong thing. I was told that the side dish I wanted was not available. To me if they ran out looks like I would have been told that before it was brought out for me to make another selection.instead I had a plate of two thibgs that I did not like. Had to wait long time for drink refills. Bottom line the service and the food quality was was below. Will not be back.
