We ate here today and have ate there many times and love it but today was awful. Service was slow and chicken strips were dry and ribs were over cooked and dry. First time we ever been very disappointed in them. Not sure if there wasn’t enough help or what the problem was but it was a very bad visit. Hopefully they are not going downhill.

the food is amazing. the serving staff is fast and always willing to help and so friendly. the food is so good. you get wonderful portions on everything. The drinks are so big and pretty. my favorite is the island tiki it is so great. this is my favorite place to go for a quick bite by myself. a lunch meeting with friends. a romanti. dinner with my husband or a family dinner with my kids. cheddars can accommodate all my wants and needs for any occasion.
Most of our entrees were sent back. Alfredo sauce was like water, and grilled fish was entirely too salty. service was way under par for having to wait an hour for our party to be seated
