Poor service, took forever.i have been here plenty of times .even brought , nursing home.residents and had great service...our server tonight was ANGIE ,we had a big part, she can't handle a big group, food was missing , had to keep going back..and not even a MANGER came to apoligize.WE WERE NOT LOOKING FOR FREE FOOD.only GOOD SERVCIE ..DIDNT EVEN GET TO SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER.THANKS FOR YOUR POOR SERVICR.MEMORIES MADE.. Will not return

Horrible experience! We were seated and placed a drink order. When we received our drinks we didn't see the waiter again until our food came 30 minutes later. I ordered the ribeye with bourbon glaze and mushrooms. My boyfriend ordered the ribs and beer battered shrimp. When the waiter brought the food it was cold and as he went put the plate down dropped the shrimp. My steak was shoe leather and surprise, there wasn't any bourbon glaze or mushrooms. Love this place. Eat here for many yrs. The portion are not huge, so if you are a huge eater you might not be happy. The portions are just right for me. They allow you to sub. any of the sides you want. My meal came with fries & slaw so I subbed for 2 other vegetables. Prices are great also, not too much money for your food. Love it. My food was so hot I had to wait a few minutes to eat it. I was there yesterday about 2 pm. Was seated right away and wait staff came right away to take order.
Haven't been here in a while, last few times and service has been questionable. I had my two boys with me tonight since my wife has our daughter at a Girl Scout cookie booth. After waiting 20 minutes without being acknowledged once by any of the waitstaff to ask us for drinks. Needless to say, with an impatient two-year-old I decided to let the manager know and we left. While I enjoy their food, service is everything to me, that is our last time going to Cheddars.
