I had a really good experience working with Andrew to sell my home. He was professional, reliable and easy to work with from beginning to end. It made a big difference to work with someone who clearly knows the market and genuinely cares about their clients. I would definitely recommend Checkmates to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Andrew is the worst agent. We tried to sell our house indirectly with checkmate. Andrew demonstrated very poor communication through out the process. More importantly, he kept our house on the market for more than 10 days against our clear instructions and without any binding contract. I am sure this is illegal. I would definitely avoid checkmate in the future.
