When I visited Checkered Flag VW we were welcomed promptly and made to feel right at home. Two hours to have a state inspection done with an appointment. Something that would have taken about a half hour anywhere else. Then they failed my vehicle because of bulbs... The same bulbs that were in the vehicle the previous two state inspections that the same dealership passed (and no, the bulbs were not burned out). They wanted $70 to replace the bulbs because they claimed they were not VDOT approved. A quick Google search once I returned home showed the bulbs are perfectly legal in Virginia. I love it here, the costumer service is great and they are all super friendly. Jay,leslie, sammy and daniel where all great help and they took the time to help me, no rush and no hastle. Would definitely recommend it to any future car buyers.
