I bought my Pilot from Checkered flag a year ago and the service with that was amazing (if buying a new car is ever pleasant this was it). I have been into the service dept 3 times, it always takes forever to get seen by someone and then to get checked in. Today I picked up my car and had to stand around till someone spotted me as they were walking through... thank goodness! I bought my cars at this dealership and Never take them anywhere else for repair and maintenance. I always love their service and assistance given to me by David Brown, Terry Ruffin and Ernest Chaukley.
