They tried to rip me off by asking more than 3k over kbb price. They wouldn’t budge on the price and then they printed a fraudulent kbb report of their own.
I bought my Civic from there. I go back there for all my maintenance needs. The staff is amazing and the time in which you wait is exactly what they tell you.
2018 Honda Accord 2.0T Touring. This is my 9th vehicle purchase from the Checkered Flag organization and the 5th from Checked Flag Honda. Each experience has been fantastic (why I keep coming back), fair and reasonable prices, a great service department, and sales staff that treat you like a VIP. Highly recommended! I bought my Pilot from Checkered flag a year ago and the service with that was amazing (if buying a new car is ever pleasant this was it). I have been into the service dept 3 times, it always takes forever to get seen by someone and then to get checked in. Today I picked up my car and had to stand around till someone spotted me as they were walking through... thank goodness!
