Buyer Beware... Our good friends and neighbor were sold a van by this awesome dealership that still had a lien on it. Then, the only options given to make it right benefit the dealership- option 1- infinite 30 day tags.. trying insuring a vehicle that you can’t title- not gonna happen!! Option 2- come out of pocket thousands of dollars more on a new van! This place needs to learn how to treat customers!! Had the worst experience ever with this location. Took our car in at 11 for an oil change and instead of them letting us know our car was ready, they chose to let our car sit and was not going to let us know that it was ready. We sat for 2 hours and 45 mins before my husband realized it had taken a lot longer than expected. When he went to go ask one of the service members had the nerve to say it’s been done, if it was done why was it not mentioned to us. Instead he was standing around talking. Darryl and Josh walked me through my first car buying experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were patient explaining every step of the process with me but didn’t make me feel bad for asking more basic questions. They worked hard to help me find my perfect car and made me feel comfortable buying, even as a young woman purchasing on my own. You guys rock!
