I had a terrible experience with your Service Department after spending over $800 on repairs with you all. I arrived at 10:30 am as a walk in and the service advisor who checked me in said that I could be seen, but it may take a couple hours. My car was done nearly 6 hours later at approximately 4:15 pm. Not only did it take an extraordinarily long time, but my service advisor did not once come to see me or email me an update on the status of the repairs after they started. Customer service in the sales and the service departments is extremely poor.
RecommendedToday I really was only planning to look at vehicles because I didn’t want to rush into a decision that I might regret later. I also had my 4 year old daughter out shopping with me and she only lasts so long when it comes to being in one place. We arrived at Checkered Flag and was greeted by a team of very nice people who introduced me to Ben White who made sure we were comfortable then got me coffee and my daughter a bottle of water. very unprofessional and waist of time😡. this girl Mary gave me a price for a vehicle which i was kinda happy and i drove from one dealer to another,but once we got back to the other dealer she apologized saying that she made a mistake and the price went up again.so i have no choice but to walk away from it.i am very disappoint and i would never be there again.just be careful people. very unprofessional.smfh💩
