I just wantedt to take a moment and post a positive review, often only negative reviews get posted and this is an opportunity to post positivity! We did encounter a few challenges with a vehcile we purchased and the service staff, service manager, and the General Manager stepped up to get the issues resolved. Called and spoke to representative in body work department for repairs on my Honda Accord. She directed me to forward the estimate received from the other parties insurance company, which I did on 10/03. I called 3 days later after sending it to her work email to follow up since I hadn't been contacted, was informed I would be contacted in 5-7 days. It has been 14 days and it it's clear their professionalism and customer care is nonexistent. UNSAT!
Purchased a car from Checkered Flag Honda on 10/5/21. Paid for tax, title, and registration. Car is still not registered or titled with the **** Called *** which stated it could take up to four weeks. It has now been almost two months and the car is still not registered with the **** I have called the dealership and spoke with multiple individuals who were supposed to be calling me back. Highly recommend! This was an amazing 2020 CRV purchase experience with Terrance Tillman at Checkered Flag Honda. The initial online offer was haggle free and hands down the best, this was followed with a sight unseen trade offer that was higher than offered by CarMax & based on information and photos provided, pending inspection verification. Set up two appointments at this dealership to look for a car each time they conveniently sold and I wasn’t given the courtesy of being notified after I drove 1 hour away. I understand you can’t hold a car but both times were going to be a definite buy and was willing to put down whatever to hold it. It’s just common courtesy to let someone know not get them to the dealership and try to convince them to look at something they didn’t intend on getting. After that I didnt want to go look at anything else.
Bout car from here and the service is great!
