Highly recommend! This was an amazing 2020 CRV purchase experience with Terrance Tillman at Checkered Flag Honda. The initial online offer was haggle free and hands down the best, this was followed with a sight unseen trade offer that was higher than offered by CarMax & based on information and photos provided, pending inspection verification. Set up two appointments at this dealership to look for a car each time they conveniently sold and I wasn’t given the courtesy of being notified after I drove 1 hour away. I understand you can’t hold a car but both times were going to be a definite buy and was willing to put down whatever to hold it. It’s just common courtesy to let someone know not get them to the dealership and try to convince them to look at something they didn’t intend on getting. After that I didnt want to go look at anything else.

I had a terrible experience with your Service Department after spending over $800 on repairs with you all. I arrived at 10:30 am as a walk in and the service advisor who checked me in said that I could be seen, but it may take a couple hours. My car was done nearly 6 hours later at approximately 4:15 pm. Not only did it take an extraordinarily long time, but my service advisor did not once come to see me or email me an update on the status of the repairs after they started. Customer service in the sales and the service departments is extremely poor.
Today I really was only planning to look at vehicles because I didn’t want to rush into a decision that I might regret later. I also had my 4 year old daughter out shopping with me and she only lasts so long when it comes to being in one place.
