Hurricane Matthew flooded my new car I got just got in May of this year, so I came to Checkered Flag Toyota to "just look". Which a heavy heart I had to, again, shop for another car. Definitely the right thing to do! I walked out with a brand new car and the price blew my mind!!....I am so excited. Checkered Flag Toyota was our second and last Toyota dealership for looking for the 4Runner we wanted and we sure did get it. Shannon, one of the sales managers, introduced us to Alex and we were grateful. He was informative and humble. Outstanding service. I was in and out in less that an hour for my 20000 mile service. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. It's always been a nice experience when I get my car serviced at Checkered Flag.
Getting in was a breeze. Ron was courteous and answered all of my questions. It took a little longer than I expected but the waiting area is off the charts so I didn't mind too much. This was my first time having my maintenance done here. We'll have to see if my next visit is even better.
I recently moved here from NJ and was so bummed out when my car died on my way to work. I already had so much on my plate I was freaking out about having to pay a car payment on top of everything else! Everyone at Checkered Flag was kind, reassuring and super helpful.
