Awful customer service! Waste of my time and money. Will never buy a car there again and I definitely do not recommend it.
Went to checkered flag Toyota today to purchase a certified used vehicle. My initial plans was to finance the vehicle I researched online.After speaking to Kathleen Hickey and Vick Webb I drove off with a Brand new 2017 Corolla for the same as buying a used 2013. Great customer service from both Sales people. Kathleen found answers to all my questions. The staff stayed longer to get my transaction completed. I will defintely be purchasing my vehicles from Checkered flag again.
We had a great experience with Jordan Weekley at checkered flag! Loved that we didn't have to "haggle" on prices. We told Jordan what we wanted, and although we were unsure on a sedan vs. Crossover he listened to us, was patient and gave us numerous options. Thanks for helping us pick out the perfect car for us....a new 2017 Toyota camry! So in love with my car!!

Brian was absolutely excellent during the whole purchase process. He kept in constant contact during the vehicle transfer process. The only issue we had was waiting on a financial advisor since only one was working the night we finalized everything. Brian continues to be excellent during follow up appointments to have some additional options installed at our convenience.
