Going to buy a new car was a great experience due to Vick Webb and Dave Lee giving me a great price and making sure I left in a nice looking car. My old car was basically broken down and it was time for something new and those guys guided me to a fresh new car so now I'm back on the road safe and sound. I just bought a 2018 Rav 4 and was extremely happy with having Dan Yoon as my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I bought and had a kind and caring attitude towards me. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle and he made certain that I understood every paper that I signed prior to signing. Checkered Flag took over an hour to change my oil in June We found out last weekend it was because they stripped a screw ($15) and broke my oil pan ($600) and glued it back together. Prior to that, I went in to have my dashboard recall done and they broke my hood latch and my gos has not worked properly since then. The service advisor avoided my calls after I called her the first time to tell her what was wrong. Sales is great. Service leaves a lot to be desired. I will revisit this post once they make this right.
