Unbelievably kind doctor saw me today called James. Was kind, light humoured with my three children who were with me and referred me straight away to the people I need to see to hopefully sort my problem out. I’ve always had a brilliant service here and it’s so nice often seeing the same nurse (Lorna) over the 7 years of having children. Feel very lucky to be part of this practice. Thankyou
I would like to give CFP a massive thank you to the staff and doctors that have helped me over the past few months. If it wasn’t for them listening to me and ordering tests doing referrals I wouldn’t have got anywhere. So a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s not easy working in a gp surgery for the doctors nurses or the admin/reception staff but each one of should be proud and your doing a great job.
Excellent service from both staff and doctors.
I've been a patient at CFP over 30 years and service levels are extremely high by both medical and reception staff. A number of significant improvements have been made regarding booking appointments, getting prescriptions etc a lot more efficient. Receptionists are always very polite and efficient. Medical staff are excellent both medically and in terms of patient communications. All staff do all they can for patients; many negative reviewers simply expect too much.
