I Baught a car from them last year not even a week later the transmission was slipping . I took it to their shop and the old man tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it and proceeded to say I was ignorant. I took it to another shop and they told me yes the transmission could stall out at any time. The gears were stripped in it and Chattanooga motors mechanics put the wrong transmission fluid in it. Easy Approval. The vehicle I bought had some issues and they are fixing those issues free of charge. Very friendly staff. Very nice vehicles, as well. They also take care of regular oil changes, which you don't usually get from other used motor vehicle dealers.
