Ridiculous wait 6 months out to schedule an appointment for a general physical and to establish a new doctor. I arrived 30 minutes since I didn't know the area. Absolutely 0 parking spots available anywhere! Signage around the campus is terrible and doesn't direct you to the correct areas. Finally found a spot to park on the opposite side of the complex, asked the front desk for assistance they were rude and not helpful. Finally directed me to a shuttle that can take you to the other side of the campus which took 15 minutes.... read more

I am finally going to switch practices. I don't know what has happened since Dr. Elias left but this office is falling apart. The staff is rude when attempting to reschedule an appointment, if they even answer. I called 4 times to schedule, on a Friday, between the hours of 10 and 2 with the first 3 calls going to voicemail. The last one went to voicemail and someone called back, transferred me to the front to make an appointment, &then the front desk woman was clearly agitated and said I'd have to speak to Dr. Sarah Baker's... read more

I find the front desk staff very rude. My physician does the minimum she can do. Whenever I share a health concern she pretty much blows it off as not important. The billing staff however are very nice and professional. However it really doesn't make up for the lack of medical care.
