We had a phenomenal experience with Chatt estates. We bought our first home through them which is a daunting experience but Alex supported us every step of the way. It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. Everything was smooth and thought through and the welcome gift when we picked up our keys was such a kind touch. Thank you Alex and the team!!
I could not recommend Chatt Estates enough. From meeting Peter and Rennick at the start I felt very looked after. We have been blown away by the level of service given to us by the wonderful Katie and Alex at Chatt, Hurstpierpoint. We met Katie for a house viewing, she accommodate us on the same day and her personality shone through. The genuine level of care for their clients exceeds any of their competitors. Whenever we’ve spoken to Alex she’s gone above and beyond to find documentation and send it over to us, likewise her warm personality shines though too! Can’t recommend Chatt enough, the best in their industry!
