Had a great experience seeing Dr Andrew. He was very accommodating and had a lovely calming and friendly manner. He clearly explained all my options and along with all the team at the practice gave a very high quality professional service. I would highly recommend!
I've had 2 appointments cancelled now, on the second occasion the condescending receptionist said the dentist was on holiday and she couldn't control that... Certainly not the receptionist but surely management would care. Very disappointing service, certainly not customer focused.
I had an appointment on the 30-07-23 for a checkup but I was suffering with pain from a wisdom tooth and was feeling unwell. I contacted the practice explained the situation and asked if they could fit me in any sooner. An appointment was made for 23-07-23 while I appreciate they got me in for an earlier appointment they failed to communicate that they had booked me in for an emergency appointment.
