Medical Solicitors couldn't be happier with Chat Heroes. No other provider I talked to, and I talked to a few, were offering a 30 day trial period to assess an individual firm's needs. The charges are highly reasonable. We would have ended up placed into an automatic minimum bracket with another firm and the charges would have been much higher. I’d like to thank Paul and the Chat Heroes team, initially for their patience and excellent support we’ve received over a number of weeks while setting up the Live chat facility with one of our clients. Great service, cost effective and super easy to setup, Chat Heroes did just about everything for us and the service was up and running in no time. Lots of positive client feedback which is great, because if our own staff had to man the chat log, we would definitely fail to do so well due to other priorities and pressures.
