Rang for advice, got an appointment immediately. Very efficient and reassuring.
Very pleasant, helpful staff from start to finish. I rang the out of hours service for a querie regarding our brand new puppy. They put our minds at rest but suggested bringing her in the following morning for a check over. They checked her thoroughly, not just for the issue we rang about, but also weighed her, checked her teeth and thankfully gave her a clean bill of health. Really impressed.
I went as an emergency with my darling Cavalier Belle. The staff changed appointments to get me in as early as possible . I Belle and I saw Stephanie who was very professional and caring . She was reassuring and offered a fair diagnosis and prescribed appropriate meds . She looked up who was on duty the following day and told me to ring if I had any further concerns ! It was Darceys first visit to Chaseview for a health check, great service as usual.
We are an animal sanctuary with around 200 animals. Chase view Vets are always on the end of the phone for us when we need advice and always book our animals in for an appointment on the same day I ring. We are lucky to have such amazing vets.
