Edit since Paul's reply - I wish to clarify (even though it is clear in my initial post) that Paul told me that it was NOT possible to repair it which was clearly untrue. Not a good look for you don't you think? Over a year ago he came round to look at my rear door lock that was faulty. He informed me that the entire multi-lock system would need replacing and that it wasn't repairable. He quoted circa £300! I spoke to Lichfield Lock and Key repairs who suggested removing it and taking it in for them to look at it which I did... read more

Over a year ago he came round to look at my rear door lock that was faulty. He informed me that the entire multi-lock system would need replacing and that it wasn't repairable. He quoted circa £300! This gentleman fixed a beautiful French door combination for us. Very professional, polite with a sense of humor. We have used many professionals in past, but Paul deserves special mention. Clean, fast, taking care of the smallest detail. I highly recommend him..
