I went to see Nick at the recommendation of a colleague and I am so happy I did. Went through a few NHS therapists over the course of 2 years and they kept telling me to do different stretches which didn't help at all with my chronic neck pain. Nick took a hands on approach and I felt so much better after the massage and back cracking he did. Looking forward to my next session and I am happy to finally have a diagnosis that I can work towards curing. Receptionist was really lovely and friendly too!
Absolutely amazing experience here with James, I had hurt my back and could hardly walk, sit or stand. I was frightened to go if I’m honest as the pain was a severe nerve pain. I saw James, he listened, questioned and took notes giving me confidence in his professionalism. He then got me to lie on the bed and was able to manoeuvre me without the nerve pain at all, I gained so much confidence with his ability to do this without hitting the nerve!! I cannot thank Nick enough for all of his guidance and support after an accident that left me with an injury. I can honestly say this is a fantastic clinic- nothing is too much trouble, supportive and friendly staff and the exercises/techniques to improve the injury have been superb- easy to do at home in-between appointments to reinforce and support. Can’t recommend it enough. Came in after having rotator cuff surgery and getting no where with the nhs physio. James was my therapist and he not only got my shoulder moving again but it now feels better than before my surgery. Hands on, getting heat on it, massage, stretching it out and personally designed exercises.
