Have never had a problem in 3 years, the folks in the office are very helpful, maintenance team gets 5 stars. If I had one complaint it would be that all the festivities that the club offers up are always on a weeknight , I work 3pm to 3 am , but I did notice that on Halloween the group is offering treats from 9 am till 6pm so I do get to enjoy this one. I highly recommend charter oaks to everybody!
I lived here for 3 and a half years and was happy with it. My only complaint was a couple times when the maintenance came in to fix our constantly running toilet didn't fix it right and then found that it was leaking into our neighbors ceiling. Other than that they were on top of everything else that needed to be fixed. Office staff are nice and I enjoyed the resident events that were held once in awhile. Because they single people out. Worst Place to live! There all old ass crabby bitches
I do not suggest moving here, they always screw you at the end of your lease with damage charges. My last apartment didn't even provide blinds in every room like their displays say they do right in the office. They put light colored carpet in all of the apartments and expect it to not get dirty knowing that it will, then they charge you for if they try to clean it and they can't get it out themselves.
