greedy!!! and money hungry! will charge you for every little thing! when its normal wear and tear! beware cuz they will charge you! u cant even set your trash out for 5 freaking minutes in the hall so u can do something real quick and your getting complaint! worst place ever to live!!

This is me and my fiances first apartment and we love it!! we havent had any problems at all and felt welcome the first day we moved in until now. we both highly recommend charter oaks!!
I've lived in a few apartments, and this one has definitely been the best. They aren't nosy, they keep the grounds clean, they have events for the residents. Any time we had an issue, they always were helpful and nice and got the job done. A neighbor dropped something on our storage locker door, and broke the door. We never really went down there, so we wouldn't have noticed. A maintenance man noticed, they immediately called and informed us, and fixed it that day. This is a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend it.
