Y'all, this place is *rough*. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but holy cow was this hard for us to live here. The low rent is really attractive, and seems like an awesome deal, but what they don't tell you is that they make up for that in weird little hidden fees. When my husband and I first came to Charter Oaks, we explicitly told them that when we got married, I would need to be added on to the lease with my dog. Charter oaks has been the WORST living experience I have ever had. My sister and I have a 2 bedroom apartment and are CONSTANTLY having maintenance called on us for “being loud”. Sometimes it will be for a single tv being on or me talking on the phone in my room and that’s IT. The maintenance who have come to my door have been extremely rude. I have never had so many issues. They suck so f****** much! Maintenance doesn’t respond to anything. Everyone in the front office thinks they know everything but know nothing. They all have horrible attitudes and are rude as h***! Never will I ever rent with them again!
My husband and I have been at Charter Oaks just under 1 year. We are still so in love with our apartment and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon! The staff has always been so kind & friendly. The community events are always a blast & for the complex to have sooooo many tenants - it is peaceful! We give Charter Oaks an A+ Rating 🤗
