Our caravan supplier went bankrupt and we needed warranty work for damp undertaken. Bailey referred us to Charnwood Caravan Services. Emily and Jamie were extremely helpful. They went beyond expectations - even collected our caravan to finally sort out a complex issue. We will be forever grateful for their support and hard work. We used Charnwood for a full service on our Bailey Phoenix 640 ,Jamie did a very thorough and professional job on the service,he checks everything gas,electrics,tyres brakes everything,stamped our service book,and we had a leak from our kitchen window,which needed a new rubber surround seal ,they had one in stock and was fitted,after the service was done,and price wise very reasonable,thanks again Charnwood will definitely be booking our next service for next year.
